How to Measure
Your eBike for the

One simple measurement tells us everything we need. Follow these steps to find Point A and take the measurement correctly.

1
Find Point A

The centre of your handlebar

Before you measure, you need to find Point A — the starting point of your measurement. Point A is always the centre of your handlebar, but exactly where that is depends on your handlebar type.

📍 Point A = Centre of your handlebar

STANDARD HANDLEBAR

For Flat handlebar type measurement.jpg

Point A is the centre of the bar directly above the stem — equidistant from both ends of the handlebar.

VINTAGE / SWEPT-BACK HANDLEBAR

For Vintage handlebar type measurement.jpg

If your handlebar curves inwards, Point A is the actual centre point from the inbound of the handlebar grips — this may sit slightly closer to the rider.

Why this matters: A vintage or swept-back handlebar curves inwards — Point A sits closer to the seat. Getting Point A right ensures your measurement is accurate.

2
Measure X from Point A

To the end of your rear rack point B

From Point A, measure in a straight line along the length of the bike to the very end of your rear rack.

Note your measurement in millimetres (mm) or centimetres (cm) — either is fine.

Measure in a straight line — directly from Point A to the end of the rack B.

Don't have a rear rack yet?

No problem — measure y from Point A to the position directly above the centre of your rear wheel (B) instead. This gives us the equivalent measurement and works just as well.
